Run CopyDynamicRE_setup_1416.exe as Administrator.
Componenet should appear in "SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio" in SSIS Toolbox under common.
If not then try manual register in GAC. There are 2 dll-s (cdExportAndPrint.dll and cdExportAndPrintUI.dll). Installation will save them in suggested folder (or your choice) C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\120\DTS\Tasks with other SSIS tasks.
Here is my script for unregister/register:
unregister
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v8.0A\bin\NETFX 4.0 Tools\gacutil.exe" -u cdExportAndPrint
